How to Build Confidence

Confidence, which is a combination of belief in ability and self-esteem, is a very important aspect of a human's life. Belief in ability is feeling or believing that we can perform various tasks or achieve goals in life. Self-respect is also the same, but rather to believe that we are generally competent in whatever we do and we deserve to be happy in life. Confident people usually like themselves, willing to take risks to achieve personal and professional goals, and always think positively about the future.

  1. Embedding a Good Attitude

  6. Accept praise from someone
