Mini Baked Donuts @betzy
Today I'm going to present my version of mini Baked Donuts.
Ingredients:
10 gr instant yeast
500 gr to 600 gr of wheat flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cinnamon
250 ml of water.
100 gr of sugar
3 egg yolks
50 gr melted butter
Procedure
Step 1
In a bowl mix the 3 yolks water and yeast, and beat.
Step 2
Add the flour plus the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla, and continue beating until the dough comes off the walls of the bowl, apply the butter.
Step 3
After 5 minutes of beating, place the dough in a greased recipient to rest, with a cloth covered for 1 hour, so that it doubles in size.
Step 4
after the hour, proceed to degas the dough by kneading and then spread the dough to start cutting. the thickness of the dough should be approximately 1 cm. For the cuts I use the small hole a soda cap and for the larger a sauce jar cap.
Step 5
Once the respective doughnuts have been chopped, place them in the mold and cover them so that they rise a little more, in approximately 15 minutes. Finally, bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6
With the balls we proceed to fry them, very pending, turning and turning so that they brown well.
from this mixture you will get almost 30 donuts of 8cm diameter! YUMMY
(use melted butter plus sugar and cinnamon for glaze)
