First of all the necessary ingredients
260 grams of chakra flour, 30 grams of granulated sugar, 30 grams of blue band butter, 1 teaspoon of yeast, ½ teaspoon salt, 180 ml of water (ultra + 1 egg yolk)
Dough for Topping
200 grams of ground chicken and sausage to taste, 1 box of kraft quickmelt cheese, bolognise spaghetti del monte sauce, tomato sauce, for toping according to taste
Steps of manufacture
Combine all dry ingredients and stir them evenly and add butter while stirring evenly and slowly, stirring until dull and cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow the dough to expand up to 2 fold approximately for about 1 hour. If it is inflated, kempeskan dough and split the dough. Oles a pan with butter and smear a little flour. Flatten the dough in the pan until approximately 1/2 cm and not too thick because the bread will expand. Oles over dough with tomato sauce and bolognise sauce topical sponge to taste. Lastly put the mozarella cheese on top of the pizza and burn it in the oven with the fire up and down approximately 20 minutes and if it is brownish, lift the pizza and ready to serve.
