We run a little thing on Discord called @steemflagrewards where you can submit your comments on abuse like this a earn an easy upvote. It will check to see if the commenter flagged the post, if it contains a keyword for categorization (in this case plagiarism), and will accordingly upvote and comment on your flag mention comment.
It's just a little step we have taken to incentivize good flags against abuse for the community. I will be working on making this more sophisticated in the future. Maybe have the bot append a csv file with data every time a flag mention comment is submitted for reporting and blacklisting purposes.

thanks .. i think what @amahlilfajri do very contrary to the rules of steemit. and he also uses some reputable account still 25. and he also did downvote on my post. this is very unheard of.
Indeed. Revenge flagging for being called out on abuse is a great way to get your account destroyed.
