Today's menu
Since the holidays I cook quite a lot and all dishes including simple dishes, such as fried chicken galangal seasoning, stir-fried pare and chili sauce definitely tastes very good as well as additional menu of tempeh oreg seasoning bolognese seasoning
The ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken
- onion, white, coriander, turmeric salt and flavoring
- galangal

- Red chili and cayenne
- Sugar
- Salt
thinly sliced bitter melon then give sugar and salt knead until removing the green water to remove the bitter taste of bitter melon, then saute the spices and shrimp after the smell of fragrant input bitter melon and cook until cooked lift and serve and serve
For tempeng tempeh I didn't give it because it's the same as other tempeng tempeng, only just added bolognese sauce and for chilli sauce only red chili, cayenne, boiled tomatoes then mashed and cooked again until cooked to make it last longer
Simple but very complicated in processing it because it requires a lot of ingredients and spices, good night have a good rest
