TIPS Fasilitasi Hutan Desa Part 2 (bilingual)

Didalam menjalakan sebuah program yang berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat. Tentunya kita harus terlebih dahulu pandai dalam membaca posisi dan situasi. Dalam hal ini konteks menjadi penting untuk menempatkan suatu progam (Hutan Desa) dalam situasi kemasyarakatan. Sudut pandang sosiologis, politik dan ekonomi perlu dilihat dalam analisa situasi penempatan Hutan Desa dalam program pembangunan di desa dan wilayah yang bersangkutan. Fasilitator mesti sadar bagaimana menempatkan posisinya dalam berbagai kepentingan yang ada dalam konteks tersebut.
Hal-hal yang diperkirakan akan berpengaruh pada program, seperti konflik dan kemiskinan struktural, harus segera diketahui dan dicermati dengan baik oleh fasilitator. Analisis situasi menjadi penting agar pengembangan Hutan Desa dapat pula berkontribusi dalam perbaikan situasi di wilayah tersebut, bukan malah memperburuk situasi.

In this context it is important to place a progam (Village Forest) in a community situation. A sociological, political and economic perspective should be seen in the analysis of the situation of placing the village forest in the development program in the village and the region concerned.
