How to deal with small bumps at the tip of the eye
Conjunctival fornices are thin layers shaded by the mucosa and have many glands. At the bottom (inferior), the conjunctival fornix is also connected to the lacrimal ducts that deliver the tears to the nasal cavity.
Various conditions can trigger the appearance of a bump in the forceps of inferior conjunctiva, among which are:
Blockage of the lacrimal ducts
Hordeolum (bintitan, inflammation of the eyelid gland)
Kalazion (Meibom gland cyst)
Preseptal cellulitis (soft tissue inflammation around the eyes)
Cancer, for example basal cell carcinoma, thin cell carcinoma, and so on
Instead, you go directly to the doctor .. In most cases, a lump in the conjunctiva is not a dangerous thing.
With direct evaluation, the doctor can determine appropriate treatment, for example by giving topical medications (such as drops or eye ointment), surgery, and so on. Probably also, your doctor will refer you to an ophthalmologist for further treatment.
In the meantime, to reduce the sensation of discomfort in the eyes, you can use the first drops containing artificial tears. Avoid too often rubbed or holding eyes, especially with dirty hands.
Protect also your eyes so as not to harbor dangerous foreign particles, for example dust, pollution, insects, and so forth.
I hope this helps
