Many people lose confidence. It may be related to a crisis of self, and feel helpless to see the bright side of the future. throw away such thoughts, and focus on the benefits you have. Confidence is the positive attitude of an individual that enables him to develop positive judgments both for himself and for his environment or circumstances. where he feels that he is competent, confident, capable and believes that he can be supported by actual experience, potential, achievement and realistic expectations of himself. Confidence, which is a combination of belief in ability and self-esteem, is a very important aspect of a man's life. Belief in ability is feeling or believing that we can perform various tasks or achieve goals in life.
Confidence is one of the most important aspects of personality in human life. Confident people believe in their own abilities and have realistic expectations, even when their expectations do not materialize, they remain positive-minded and can accept it. With confidence people will be able to know and understand themselves. Meanwhile, lack of confidence will inhibit the development of self potential. So the less self-confident person will be a pessimist in the face of challenge, fear and hesitation to convey ideas, and hesitate in making choices and often comparing himself with others.
