Bakso bakar
Kamu perlu persiapkan :
- Bakso
- Mentega atau margarin secukupnya
- Tusuk Sate
- 100 mL Air Putih
Bumbu :
- Bawang Bombay cincang halus
- 2 sdm Kecap Manis
- 1 sdt Saus Cabai
- 1 sdt Saus Tomat
- Garam dan merica secukupnya
- Kaldu Sapi bubuk secukupnya
Cara membuat bakso bakar :
- Panaskan margarin sampai meleleh untuk menumis.
- Tumis bawang bombay sampai harum
- Tambahkan garam, merica saus cabai, saus tomat dan kaldu sapi. Aduk
- Tuangkan air putih, masak sampai mendidih.
- Masukkan bakso, masak sambbil diaduk sampai meresap, lanjutkan dengan mematikan kompor.
- Tusuk-tusuk dengan tusuk sate.
- Bakar bakso sambil dibolak-balik dan dioles bumbu yang tersisa sampai berubah warna.
- Angkat, susun di atas piring saji, Bakso bakar siap disajikan :)
