Bahan kelapa:
1 bungkus Nutrijel kelapa muda
65ml santan instan
600 ml air putih
5 sdm gula pasir.
Bahan Tambahan:
1 bungkus natadecoco
Sirup rasa melon
Biji Selasih secukupnya
Air putih
Es batu.
Cara membuat:
Campur semua bahan kelapa. Masak sampai mendidih.tuang kedalam wadah dan dinginkan.
bila sdh dingin dan mengeras keruk dgn menggunakan sendok agar kelapa agar terbentuk tekstur seperti daging kelapa muda.
Ambil gelas tata/masukkan agar kelapa kedalamnya.beri natadecoco dan biji Selasih lalu tuang sirup
Melon beri air putih aduk-aduk.terakhir masukkan es batu kedalamnya.
Es Kelapa Kw siap untuk dinikmati
