LEUMANG became one of the special snacks breaking the fast in Aceh. How to make it also distinctive and different from other traditional cakes. Food made from glutinous rice is similar to pulut, but in a larger size. Leumang delicious while eaten and dicocol with jam made specifically as a complement. Leumang memang khas aceh utara saat ramadhan. Kalau pidie kan saat durian bakar lemang, salam kenal bang ya saya tinggal di bayu, leumang favorit saya bang hampir stiap sore saya beli di kede bayu.
