Blue enthusiasts must have dreamed of traveling to Santorini, Greece, a beautiful city dominated by blue. A variety of blue building ornaments located on the edge of the sea really is a fitting fusion to give a calming effect.
Well, the feel of Santorini now you can also enjoy without flying to Greece. Simply by docking to the city of Malang, East Java, you will definitely amazed with Blue village similar to this Santorini.
Blue Village itself can be found easily from above Brantas bridge, Malang. Its position is directly opposite the Jodipan Colorful Village. These two villages are side by side, but look so contrasting. The appeal of kampung Warna-Jodipan is a colorful parade of bright colors that give the impression cheerful, while the Blue Village just carry the blue color but still cause a cool effect when viewed.
If Santorini in Greece has a typical building with a combination of white and light blue, in Kampung Biru Malang is only blue as far as the eye. There are about 500 buildings that are deliberately painted in light blue and dark blue. When the weather is clear, white clouds and blue sky will add the charm of this village up to many times.
Why must be blue? Apparently, Blue Village is not merely inspired by Santorini. In fact, the blue color has a special place in the hearts of the people of Malang. Blue is the color of Arema's identity, their favorite soccer team. In addition to the all-blue building, there are also unique lingerie-themed mural that is none other than the Arema team mascot. love the fact that u compared it to santorini, even though the white and dark blue with the ocean of the view there totally stands out, but this village is truly a beauty on its own.
