စကားမေျပာတတ္လိုု႔။ မွားတယ္။ ဘယ္သူက ေမြးရာပါ စကားေျပာေကာင္းေနလိုု႔လဲ။ စင္ေပၚမွာ စကားေျပာေကာင္းတဲ့ လူမွန္သမ်ွ စင္ေအာက္မွာ အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ ႀကိဳးစားခဲ့တဲ့ ရလဒ္ေၾကာင့္ပဲ ျဖစ္တယ္။
၄။ အခ်ိန္မရွိလိုု႔။ မွားတယ္။ တစ္ရက္တစ္ရက္ လက္ကိုုင္ဖုုန္းေဆာ့တဲ့ အခ်ိန္ကိုုတြက္ၾကည့္ပါ။ ဂိမ္းေဆာ့တဲ့ အခ်ိန္ ေတြကိုု တြက္ ၾကည့္လိုုက္ပါ။ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမူ ပညာမွာ အခ်ိန္ကိုု စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမူအတတ္ဟာ ပညာအပါဆံုုးျဖစ္တယ္။ မယံုုရင္ အခ်ိန္မွတ္တမ္းေလးတစ္ခုု မွတ္ၾကည့္ပါ။ ကိုုယ္ဘာလုုပ္လုုပ္၊ အခ်ိန္ကိုု မွတ္ၾကည့္၊ ႏွစ္ပတ္ေလာက္ မွတ္ၿပီးရင္ ကိုု္ယ္မွတ္ထားတာကိုု ျပတ္ဆန္းစစ္ၾကည့္၊ အလုုပ္အရမ္းမ်ားပါတယ္ဆိုုတဲ့ လူေတြေတာင္မွ အခ်ိန္တစ္၀က္ေက်ာ္ဟာ အေရးသိပ္မႀကီးတဲ့ အရာေတြမွာ အခ်ိန္ပိုုကုုန္ေနတာကိုု ေတြ႔ရတတ္ပါတယ္။
၅။ ၀ါသနာမပါလိုု႔။ မွားတယ္။ စားမယ္၊ ေသာက္မယ္၊ ဆိုုင္ထိုုင္မယ္၊ ပြဲလည္မယ္၊ ဘယ္လူငယ္မဆိုု ၀ါသနာပါမွာပဲ။ အလုုပ္ကိုု ပင္ပင္ပမ္းပမ္းလုုပ္မယ္။ အေၾကြးဆပ္မယ္။ ဘတ္စ္ကားတိုုးစီးမယ္။ ဘယ္သူ၀ါသနာပါမွာလဲ။ ၀ါသနာဆိုုတာ တစ္ခုုခုုကိုု ႀကိဳးႀကိဳးစားစား လုုပ္လိုုက္လိုု႔ ၿပီးေျမာက္သြားရင္ အဲဒီၿပီးေျမာက္ျခင္းရဲ႔ အရသာကိုု ခံစားရင္ ၀ါသနာပါသြားတာပဲ။ ၀ါသနာဆိုုတာ ပ်ဳိးေထာင္ရင္ ရပါတယ္။
၆။ စဥ္းစားၾကည့္အုုံးမယ္။ ဒါအမွားဆံုုးပဲ။ အထူးသျဖင့္ မေသခ်ာရင္ ျခင္ေတာင္မရိုုက္တတ္တဲ့ လူတန္းစားအတြက္ ေျပာတာပါ။ ဘာပဲလုုပ္လုုပ္၊ တ၀က္ေသခ်ာတယ္လိုု႔ ထင္ရင္ စလိုု႔ရၿပီ။ ရာႏူန္းျပည့္ေသခ်ာတဲ့ အထိေစာင့္ေနရင္ အခြင့္အေရးက အဲဒီေနရာမွာ မရိွေတာ့ဘူး။ စဥ္းစားၾကည့္အုုံးမယ္။ စဥ္းစားရင္း စဥ္းစားရင္းနဲ႔ အိုုသြားတဲ့လူေတြ မနည္းေတာ့ပါ
