Introduction
Blockchain which have been termed the most innovative technological thing after the internet is a broad platform where lots of applications can be integrated into to function in the contemporary society e.g in finance, money transfers, startup projects among many others which have proven to be successful beyond reasonable doubt and there is even further need for it to be integrated into businesses that involves investment
Real estate investing involves processes such as the purchase of an asset, ownership, management and rental of the asset for the purpose of earning profits from it. So to do this, a multi level structure for decision making is created to make the whole process effective by the company’s board and executives who have real experience in the REITs and the use of an unchanged public register in which all transactions regarding tokens are recorded.
