🔴 Essential Oils are VERY POTENT. 1 drop of peppermint oil is equal to 24 cups of peppermint tea. I do not take oils internally just for the fun of it. I take them internally if my body needs targeted support in a certain area like immunity, pain/inflammation or even relaxing/calming down. 🔴⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here are some ways to internalize oils:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-a couple drops in a veggie cap⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-a drop under tongue (not hot oils)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-oils in your water (a drop per 8oz)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-oils in baking/cooking (start with toothpick amount)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When I talk about internalizing oils, I am only speaking about dōTERRA essential oils, nothing else. Please look into the quality of the oil you are using.
