Soledad. ¿Aliada o enemiga?
A lo largo de nuestras vidas solemos encontrarnos con un sin fin de situaciones que para bien o mal, son una enseñanza para nuestra vida, una de ellas, la soledad.
En ella podemos quizás sentirnos perdidos, pero no todo es color negro, muchas veces estar solo te ayuda a estar más en sintonía con ese Yo interno que tal vez hace tiempo no parece ser el mismo, nos hace reflexionar sobre actitudes, acciones, planes, metas... etc. Cosas que con el día a día, las tareas, ocupaciones y preocupaciones no tenemos tiempo para ver o siquiera pensar.
Así que, si últimamente te sientes agobiado, te sientes diferente e incluso un poco distante, ¿Por qué no tomarse un tiempo a solas? Contemplar la belleza de tu interior, recordar esas experiencias que te han llenado de plenitud, de felicidad, replantearte seguir con tu hobbie...
