"Alternatively are we individual expressions of a sea of consciousness, perhaps consciousness observing and interacting with it’s own creation? Are we rare in this concept and is the vast majority of life actually found within the astral realm? Indeed do our very dreams convey a subconscious manifestation as to the true nature of reality? i.e consciousness & not physicality?

If we are simply atoms vibrating at alternating frequencies what would happen to our consciousness if they began to vibrate at a different frequency? Indeed does consciousness need mass or is it simply the anchor that holds us in place for varying amounts of time? Personally my belief is that consciousness is defined and dwells within spirit and uses the mind to interact with visable matter as opposed to being a construct of the mind and physical shell."
