I had this happen to me within the hour. I found a post online and it had to do with the tags. Make sure no hashtags and only use 5 tags and see if it uploads. Personally I'm trying to figure out how to upload my avatar and channel header as well as what IPFS is.
I just tried the 4 Tags, did not work. but thanx for the suggestion . Hmm first time posting a picture,.. though people would be able to click on it, instead of just looking at the smaller version of the picture...
