RE: The Glorification Of Equality
Well in terms of nutrition, just cut out processed sugars and carbs. Sugar is the big one, it causes a dopamine release much like social media which makes it as addictive as cocaine. After that, a healthy diet of fats, proteins and veg would bring a natural balance to the brain. Exercise is equally important.
So you have to open up a social media victim retreat in Ireland, chasing them through nature the whole day and feeding them well ;-)
Haha, hey that's not a bad idea, although people would probably think of it as more of a boot camp than retreat 😂
Ok, maybe not chasing :-) .. but with a strict daily routine where everyone has to sign up for doing tasks to keep the camp going ..
Interesting, payments would, of course, have to be made in bitcoin or Steem...
sure, and other cryptos + all have accounts on the bitshares dex :-)
I haven't used a decentralised exchange yet, are they as good as centralised exchanges?
I only use bitshares, but to be honest the centralised have much more traffic at the moment and some currency pairs are better to trade at the centralised, but generally in my view the decentralised concept is better suited to the philosophy of crypto.
Yeah, I would 100% agree that it suits crypto better to be decentralized. I've just been investing recently, trading is fun, but investing is much more profitable.
