Without proper planning, ventures will die a natural death.

I must admit that I like your approach to things and you seem to have quite a solid knowledge about running business.

As much as making profits are important, being accountable and ensuring your host community/nation thrives, is equally important, because once the host is gone, you can kiss your business goodbye.

Bascially what are you trying to say is that earning money is important, but making sure that your market will not die is equaly important. So giving back to community is becoming a constant need. Do I understand you well?
