EOS Land Roadmap and Transparency as an EOS Block Producer Candidate

EOS Land is dedicated to build an EOS community, for everyone who believes that a better world is constructed on a decentralized ecosystem.

Q1 2018:
 Conceptualization, formation of initial core partners for the venture
 Start to engage with EOS supports and followers in vicinity

Q2 2018:
 Get technical infrastructure ready and join the EOS Jungle Test Network
 Running a new community New-World-Testnet
 Registration of legal entity
 Enlist EOS land as super node candidate and announce to the community
 Set up ongoing meetups to engage community and grow community
 Join various events to promote EOS Land community and get connected with other super node candidates
 Develop voting system and faucet system based on Bitshares for EOSLand token airdrop
 Join Blockchain week in UBC
 EOS launch on mainnet with security against potential attacks, especially DDOS attacks
 Add elastic load balancer for master block producing server and backup server
 7 x 24 DevOps to monitor block producer health status

Q3 2018
 Optimize EOSland token airdrop system
 Continue community engagement and expansion through meetups and various events
 Dedicated serial workshops and seminars around Dapp development based on EOS
 Host 1st quarterly EOS hackathon in west Canada

Q4 2018
 Travel across Canada to join local EOS events and get connected with local EOS communities
 Host Global EOS Conference in Canada
 Host 2nd quarterly EOS hackathon in west Canada

Q1 2019
 Launch EOS Land Incubator (infrastructure and consultancy for developers) and and investment fund for Dapp development in Vancouver
 Host 3rd quarterly EOS hackathon in west Canada

2). Stance on Giving Dividends to Voters

EOS Land as a block producer candidate will act with honesty, integrity and apply ethical standards in all aspects of our conduct. We will abide by all aspects of the EOS constitution which standing on never giving dividends to voters for voting.

EOS Land is a tokenized community, for everyone who believes that a better world is constructed on a decentralized ecosystem.
The vision for us at EOS Land is to find new opportunities for people in the real world. We believe we are entering a brand-new era with the introduction of Blockchain technology, just like the great geographical discoveries by Christopher Columbus brought to human society hundreds year ago.
We believe that reputation, trust, and confidence are ultimate currency which reflects value of our community token EOSLand which is supposed to function to measure the contributions from all members and stakeholders from decentralized economic perspective. And we believe the transparency would be the critical factor to make a decentralized organization work.
We cannot agree more on what Daniel Larimer said in his self-intro couple of years ago.

EOS Land venture are funded by capital contribution from partners, potential investors, and sponsorship from community. As EOS Land community grows and gets more active involvements from various members, we foresee that it will become easier to get investment and sponsorship as more value to be generated and accumulated in the community.
