- Research on the implementation differences of the new version of Cosmos v0.4.
- Supported mempool in reading configuration file information.
- JS SDK supported batch transactions.

- JS SDK supports in calling blockHeader interface.
- Fix the bug that Module Nonce fails to increase progressively.
- Improve test cases for new functions.
- Refactor part of the codes to reduce the dependency between modules.
