Hello @btc-dialog52! Binance will be supporting the switch between ERC20 and Block One, so easiest way to secure your EOS tokens is to transfer these to Binance wallet before June 1st launch deadline.

Otherwise, you can visit eos.io website and click "Get EOS" then after checking all check-boxes, you will find the Participation Instructions on instruction page. Here under the "Claim" heading you will find 3 ways to claim the token. I use Metamask, so I was led to EOS token Distribution Interface where I need to click on "Claim EOS Tokens" button. All instructions are well explained there itself. Hope it helps.
