I'm not fully convinced of this either. See Bancor for example. Big ICO's are now oversold and hitting the exchanges at a discount versus the ICO. Supposedly EOS debuts on Bittrex today so we will see!
of course it will sell at high for few days and drop , but after 1.6 years we can see gains
