i have some tokens that i purchased from EOS ico using metamask

i have some tokens that i purchased from EOS ico using metamask.i have already claimed these tokens and registered my EOS key. Now i am trying to transfer the tokens to another wallet but the transaction fails. I used the transfer EOS tokens button from the distribution page using 120k Gas limit and 25 GWEI. any idea why?
the network seems to be busy but before some hours i managed to do some transactions fine using the same values for GAS.
Yes but the values vary depending on congestion and because of how these things work sometimes no matter what values you use it doesn't go through because capacity is full.
