I've just found a promising project done on top of EOS, Everipedia.org

For the promising projects hunters, have a look to the combination of EOS ecosystem and Wikipedia...

It seems an interesting bet!

ty for sharing it @toofasteddie

Yes Everypedia is promising. The best thing is that if you are EOS holder you get IQ tokens for free.

Very interesting post, @toofasteddie
go go EOS!!!

I use to do some reversion tasks in Wikipedia. I would love to see a way for Everipedia to force editors to pay some kind of token, and having to buy it beforehand, in order to edit any article.

I won't be participating on its crowdfounding, but it looks a really promising project. Thank you for sharing it.

does it mean everipedia is partnering with EOS and built on EOS ecosystem?
so hodlers of EOS get some tokens? what if you hodling eos in exchange like hitbtc?

thanks for sharing.

The last question was answered on Telegram by the CTO of Everipedia. 😉

Ok. Just joined their telegram. Tks. And do find time to check my blog posts too

I bought EOS today because I want to get IQ tokens.

The founder of Wikipedia left to join Everipedia.

Not exactly. Sanger left in 2002 and it hasn't been until 2017 that he joined Everipedia. He had been previously -since 2006- working on its own Wikipedia competitor: Citizendium, so definetly he didn't left for join Everipedia.

Good point, that is true. Though I did hear him say in an interview that at Citizendium he was trying to solve flaws he saw in Wikipedia. He hopes Everipedia will finally do it.

I just finished writing this article about censorship on Wikipedia https://steemit.com/everipedia/@kirkins/wikipedia-censorship-case-of-the-disappearing-entry-why-we-need-everipedia

This is the first EOS airdrop. ✈ They plan to deploy 1 billion dollars to create VC for developing dApps on EOS.
