Learning Ruby on Rails
it all started with the desire to learn to build @inertia 's bot. My Steemian @alchemage opened a new @discord server and suggested we have an Upvote bot. so digging and researching, i had stumbled across a few bots but @inertia 's bot seemed to be the one i was looking for. after trying to copy and past the code i realized it's going take more understanding of code and the languages i'm using. further down the rabbit hole i had gone and noticed that i have gone too far to turn back. i have now logged onto Github and have started a course to learn Ruby on Rails. i have downloaded Utemy courses to watched videos on ruby and then i will move on to Python.
i have stumbled across the Steemdata java script repositories on github and now have a mongodb account. i have had many hours behind the terminal and i am learning fast. I am hoping I have enough skill to read and write a little code so i can play around with the new EOS operating system.

It's a skill well worth learning. Besides being good for employment just being to do things yourself is always good feeling
