Block One Says NO to USA and CHINA. Do You REALLY Believe Block One Will Risk $4Billion by Allowing NON Block-One Registrations to be Accepted?

USA and Chinese citizens are banned from registering EOS tokens. On what planet do you reside where you see Block One risking any of that 4 Billion by accepting Exodus wallet and other "workaround" registrations of EOS tokens?
Did I Miss a Block One Memo
where they said "Hey, it's cool. Our process for keeping things legit isn't necessary, go ahead and register without IP and personal information." EOS is going to pay and dodging the tax man (as the parent company) isn't the best way to get the ball rolling.
