Its way ,easy and faster than going through the long propross on the EOS.io website.

First 1: make sure your EOS token are in your metamask wallet. If on exchange, its advisable you move it from the exchange to have sold control over your EOS tokesn and also have access to your EOS private & public keys for future use when the EOS platform is launched.

Step 2: make your your EOS token view is enabled on the imtoken custom token list.

**FYI: 1. Its note worthy to mention that all these steps can.be done under one minute.

  1. Even though its a dummy wallet which I send only 1 EOS token to for this exact purpose its still not appreciated to show all the private keys according to laid down rules and practice, hence the dotted part seen in the illustration picture.**

Thanks for this well written tutorial. We'll I don't seem to be conversant in this EOS kindda thing but I have some eos with bitfinex. Now after setting up this keys in Imtoken, can I use them to move my eos from bitfinex to Imtoken?

Thanks for your time.
Its the other ways around sir.
First you need to have at least 1 EOS token on a wallet for the registration to actually go through. That means you will have to move the tokens to your private wallet in the imtoken app.

What that actually mean is you get your own Main EOS private and public keys which is mapped to your ethereum wallet and as soon as the EOS main-net is launched it will take a snapshot of that MEW linked to your EOS Private Keys and give you the exact amount of EOS coins, which can be imported through your private key.

I do hope this have answered your question!

What's the first step to take now?

Withdraw your eos tokens to your intoken wallet address.

Thanks. Where can I get more eos seamlessly?
