They will need strict KYC if they want to keep it to one account per person. The only EOS dapp I like so far is Lumeos. I think I'm put off by the hype, most of the dapps are nowhere near as good as I thought they would be. Maybe Voice will be different, as its from block one but we will have to wait and see.
