EOS - My Coin of Choice at the moment

In June, 2018, the EOS blockchain will finally go live. Over the past 8 months or so, the EOS ICO has been pumping along nicely as an ERC20 token.

I have been accumulating my tokens using the Exodus Wallet. You can easily exchange other coins within the wallet to EOS tokens which has been the easiest way to accumulate tokens for me.

Initially, to register your EOS tokens, you had to export your private wallet keys and register you EOS address within myetherwallet. But with the release of 1.48.0, you can now easily register your tokens within your Exodus wallet without the need of exporting your private keys, which can be a risky process if you don't know what you are doing!

Exodus will then store your private and public EOS keys ready for the EOS Mainnet to go live in June. The Exodus team does recognise that there may be a small time lag after the EOS mainnet goes live as the Exodus team builds the necessary server infrastructure support for when the EOS mainnet goes live.

If you have already registered your EOS tokens, you can do so again through Exodus, however, your EOS private and public keys will change and be stored within the Exodus wallet.

This is not intended as investment advice. All investors need to do their own due diligence.
