Quick guide for prices in EOS initial 5 day window

I wanted to give a quick writeup of possible prices in the EOS ICO. The initial 5 day window started this morning. There is 20 % of the total allocation available in this window. That means there are 200,000,000 tokens avilable for this period.

The other daily contribution windows will be smaller and thus have different calculations. I thought this table could help to have a quick guide for possible prices.
