The Blockchain doesn't care about your color, creed, nationality....or location:-) It's Illegal to have an ice cream cone in your back pocket in my State but guess what?
I'm not advocating for you to break the rules in any way...I think.
That was my thought too. So many ICOs have exclusions for US residents.
