Received My First EOS Today... In The Mail?! (Via @matt-a and @agoric.systems)
Ever since @dantheman annouced the EOS project, I've been very intrigued by the new token and technology being developed. However, I haven't participated in the ICO (not a fan of using Ethereum), nor have I bought any EOS on an exchange.
That said, thanks to @matt-a of @agoric.systems, I received my first EOS today... in the mail.
Say what?
At the Consensus convention, @matt-a was able to pick up a bunch of EOS stickers and graciously distributed those to users here on Steemit. I placed mine on the back of my computer, where it looks cool with the texture underneath.
I'm now going to head over to eostalk.io - similar to BitsharesTalk or BitcoinTalk - to learn the best way to get my hand on some digital versions of the @eosio token.

You're welcome. Glad you got it, man! Display it with pride! And then blow some people's minds by educating them about what it's all about. Hard and time consuming, yes, but it's important.

Nice! Glad to see you got it, @nepd! I still have more to mail out, I ran out of stamps (lots of international mailings, lots of different rates!) and am away from the house at the moment. But I'm about like 75%or 80% all mailed out, I'd say.
