Best guide: https://www.blockchainbeach.com/unofficial-eos-token-registration-guide-new-interface/ describes how to use MyCrypto.com to register your EOS tokens ban connecting your ERC20 and your (new) EOS address. I did it slightly differently using the Exodus.io wallet, but the outcome is the same.
