I know not everyone surfs, however there is a good chance you have seen pictures or movies of surfers charging big wave, all alone, man against nature. If that’s the case, you might think surfing is one of those things a person can do without community and still have an amazing time. I have always found, when I go surfing with friends, I have even more fun than when I’m by myself. It’s the comradery, the laughter and how we cheer each other on. Occasionally, if a wave is right, we all try and catch the wave together. That’s called a “party wave”.

我知道，不是每个人都冲浪，但你很可能看过冲浪者乘在巨浪之巅、独自乘风破浪、挑战大自然的影片。如果是的，你可能会认为冲浪是一件个人运动，不需要同伴就能独自娱乐享受。但我却发现，和朋友一起冲浪比我独自一人去玩儿更有乐趣。那是同伴之间的友谊与笑声，那是我们为对方鼓劲的欢呼。有时候，如果一个浪来得刚刚好，我们会尝试一并去追逐那个浪潮 —— 它是我们的“派对浪潮”。

Great opportunities in life seem to come in waves. We can choose to try and catch that wave alone or we can choose to catch it with others - with friends. EOS is an amazing opportunity - A great big beautiful wave. It also happens to be the perfect party wave.

人生中的重大机遇与浪潮相似 —— 巨浪总是稀有的。遇上巨浪，我们要么选择单自去追逐，要么选择与朋友一起去。 EOS就是个了不起的机遇 —— 它不仅是一个宏伟奔腾的浪潮，也恰好是一个完美的派对浪潮。

EOS is a global community. As an organization we wanted to create a team that spanned the globe. Community and collaboration are important to us. It is important to us that we ride this wave in community. We believe that when people intentionally expand their horizons and seek diversity they grow stronger.

EOS是一个全球社区。作为一个组织，我们希望创建一个跨越全球的团队。我们也十分重视社区和协作。因为对我们来说，与社区的每个人一起来驾驭这股浪潮才是最重要的事情。我们相信，当人们努力拓展视野并寻求多元化时，他们会变得更加强大。

Looking to the East | 展望东方

From the very beginning we looked to the East. Throughout Asia we have made new friends, with the same passion to see EOS grow into a global community. In a way, we are all in the EOS family. The innovative minds and pioneering spirits of the individuals we have encountered in China, Korea and all over Asia have been both encouraging and inspiring. It has felt like we are sitting shoulder to shoulder on our SuperNode surfboards and are charging this wave together.

从一开始，我们的目光就已经触及东方。我们在亚洲各地结交了不少新朋友，并以同样的热情看着EOS成长为一个全球社区。在某种程度上，我们都在EOS这个大家庭里。我们在中国，韩国和整个亚洲遇到的具有创新精神和开拓精神的人们，令人感到振奋和鼓舞。感觉就像我们在超级节点冲浪板上并肩坐着，准备着一起冲向巨浪。

I don’t surf as much as I would like. So every time I go out, catch a wave and ride it in a halfway decent fashion, I’m in heaven. When there are a few witnesses to that fact, it makes it even better. It also makes me a better surfer. It makes all of us better surfers. Because we are watching each other and learning from each other. We encourage, challenge and grow together.

Working with our friends in Asia and beyond is helping all of us at eos sw/eden grow as both individuals and as a community. The encouragement and the challenge we experience from one another is vital to helping us develop into the best Bock Producers we can be.
