Considering the confusion and the potential that almost $1M of BTC was given to the "donation address"

95 BTC will be worth $1M when a BTC reach $10.5K :)
I am pleased to say that they "lost" about $170K ...

And to me it seems nobody lost anything since it's probably from the same scammers sent just to convince others that it could be legit. So no worries ;)
