This account owns more than 1 gigabyte worth of Ram. It has also sister accounts like Airdropsdac2 etc. But it turns out this account is actually a legitimate project that is buying ram.

They are trying to build airdrops as service where they will be optimizing airdrops working with Dapps developers re-using the Ram. So they accumulate ram now to help launch airdrops. It's designed to be a community project very similiar to the EOSdac.
