1.Today, in EOS developer group, someone asked BM that if the EOS token price stabilizes, the data volume that BPs need to handle will increase with the growth of user volume, which inevitably leads to the increase in operating cost. The cost of BPs’ server hardware facilities may be reduced, but will BP still break the pale?
BM replied that in order to maintain BPs’ operating cost, it is possible to adjust the EOS inflation rate by multiple methods and transfer some profit to BPs.Of course, this also needs to be recognized by users.

3.Mr.Thomas Cox published《 Article VII - v0.3.0 Draft EOS.IO Constitution - Agreement to Penalties 》today.This article states that the Member agrees to face penalties if found to have violated the rules. This prevents someone from escaping responsibility via a claim that they didn't agree to follow the rules or shoulder the consequences of a violation. It also normalizes the community around what penalties we may assess on one another via our systems of collective action.

4.Mr.Thomas Cox published 《 Article VIII - v0.3.0 Draft EOS.IO Constitution - Block Producer Agreement 》today. This article authorizes a governance document, the Block Producer Agreement. It's intended to be a take-it-or-leave-it offer by the Members acting collectively and setting out what those Members want each Block Producer to do (and refrain from doing).
