EOSCUBE block producer: Code of conducts
Introduction: this principle is applicable to the staff of EOSCUBE and the DAPP projects group incubated by EOSCUBE block producer. EOSCUBE's code of conduct will be submitted in Steemit, which will show EOSCUBE's mission, values and codes of conduct, and give public consideration to EOS voting.

Mission:
EOSCUBE's mission is to build the EOS block chain as the most attractive enterprise level distributed block chain operation system. To achieve this goal, we will increase the value of the EOS block chain by improving technology, empowerment of the community, and training to improve the community's usage of EOS.

EOSCUBE's code of conduct is listed below.(listed in no particular order.)

Commitment to the holder of token
We promise to listen to the community as much as possible, to understand the community's ideas, and to reach a consensus with the token holders community. It won't be discriminated treated to any token holders. Equal, fair and just treatment of all token holders.

EOS.IO constitution
We solemnly declare that we will uphold and abide to the constitutional rules governing the election by the community. The EOS.IO constitution is supreme and the only contract that binds us. Any act that destroys the constitution of EOS.IO should be punished.

Abide by all the arbitral decisions
We will not hesitate to observe and carry out the arbitration results of all arbitration commissions, and neither make any comments on the arbitration that has already come into force.

A solemn statement of voting
We solemnly declare that we shall never buy votes from voters or support exchanges with the other parties on voting. Nor does the fund allow any transaction to be voted on with the members of the community in any way.

Business independence and financial transparency
We will maintain operational independence. We won't directly manage or run more than one block producer in any single EOS.IO block chain. We will also keep the transparency of the operating team, shareholders and finance. The independent third party audit institutions are required to audit the finance of the block producer each year, and the financial statements after the audit are open to all the members of the community.

Cooperation
We welcome cooperation with other companies that are interested in developing business applications on EOS, and will require companies or organizations that cooperate to comply with the EOS.IO constitution and this code of conduct. We always maintain an open mind and always listen to the community.

High performance network
We will always put the infrastructure of the network and the reinvestment of the personnel in the first place, and the block awards we obtain will not be used for any other purpose other than the maintenance of infrastructure and ecological construction.
