Real easy.

First of the eos ecosystem is very complex, I've studied it, but it's not my thing.

1. Download scatter on your laptop, it's the equivalent of eth metamask.

2. There is a wallet created by jesta and anyx called Eos-voter, if you're looking for familiar faces, here you go.

3. There is a wallet called simple, its interface is very nice and it loads well.

Staking Eos doesn't give you anything, although any airdrop that decides to automatically drop on Eos accounts will come to you automatically.

Air drops that you have to register for won't be auto-dropped on you.

There are at least 13 airdrops that used the genesis block, so you have those ones already.

Other than that, eos is pretty boring at the moment, you can make money by being an ambassador, or helping out one or two projects

Lastly, you have to vote for block producers every month, there is no set and go, your vote decays monthly so you have to refresh your votes.
