Updated CrytpoLions Code of Conduct
So much has happened in EOS, that it's hard believe it has only been six months since launch. As we noted in original Code of Conduct, we would revisit it at the end of the year.
The original was drafted in March, well before the launch of EOS, and included positions on a wide variety of policies and potential features under discussion. May of those issues are no longer relevant. As promised, we are revisiting our policy positions.
Restatement of our values
Sophrosyne - Inspired by Eos being the ancient Greek goddess of the Dawn, sophrosyne is an ancient Greek concept of an ideal of excellence of character and soundness of mind, which when combined in one well-balanced individual leads to other qualities, such as temperance, moderation, prudence, purity, and self-control.
Respect - To everyone. Always. This begins with respect for the EOS community and its constitution.
Competence - Meeting the technical, organizational, and legal demands of EOS block producers.
Integrity - Being honest with others and with ourselves. Doing what we say we'll do.
CryptoLions will obey any Constitution ratified by referendum. For now, we regard the launch Constitution as guidelines, and we will continue to abide by it.
Extreme Transparency in Business
Cryptolions has published monthly disclosures of all of our expenses and EOS tokens received. We will continue this extreme level of transparency, but we will make this a quarterly disclosure instead of a monthly ones.
Secondary BP Responsibilities
Producing Blocks and handling the related communication is the primary responsibility of a BP. However, we think being builders of tools, testers, and promoters of EOS is an important secondary responsibility. We will continue to use a significant portion of our block rewards to fund projects like:
The JUNGLE TESTNET has been an valuable testing and training environment since April, months before the actual launch. Core B1 Developers, including Dan Larimer himself took part in various tests. It continues to be a place for Dapp developers to test their projects. Monitor: http://jungle.cryptolions.io/ Telegram Chat: https://t.me/jungletestnet
Supporting the Jungle Testnet is an ongoing task. Most recently, we made special accomodations to help test REX, and Lost Key Recovery.
In December, we demonstrated a new MAXIMUM Transactions Per Second capability of EOSIO software in the Jungle Testnet. https://medium.com/@cryptolions/new-maximum-eosio-tps-demonstrated-in-jungle-testnet-9179-15a485f2e79
EOS NETWORK MONITOR is our popular monitor which shows the current health and state of the main chain. http://eosnetworkmonitor.io/
ZEOS is a do-it-yourself account registration portal where you can buy the initial RAM for your EOS account using BTC or ETH. https://zeos.co/

MONGODB HISTORY PLUG-IN API https://cryptolions.io/history-node/
HISTORY NODE - Our history node has been servicing Bloks.io and a handful of EOS Games. We've had sustain periods of > 30 requests per second.
TRANSLATION PROJECT. To popularize EOS all over the world, we have an ongoing translation project which produced valuable EOS resources for the Russian and Ukrainian speaking communities. https://cryptolions.io/main/list-of-translations/
It's only been six months. We think the future for EOS, EOSIO, and decentralized applications is very bright. We are thrilled to be a part of this community.
CryptoLions is an EOS Block Producer based in Ukraine. We strive to make EOS more valuable by building projects that improve the ecosystem, by setting the standard for transparency and accountability, and by popularizing EOS all over the world.
