We actually did want to drop to Block.one and were planning to reach out during the airdrop. However, we assessed https://block.one/news/statement-on-block-producers/ as a clear statement that Block.one was trying to distance itself from the launch, and actual block production as far as possible. We did not want to cause a difficult situation for block.one so decided that it was most appropriate to burn their tokens.
