After a few more tests a conference to be held at at 23:00 UTC will decide if EOS is going to be launched tomorrow at 13:00 UTC tomorrow.

This here says, the launch decision will be taken in the upcoming days, if there are no Priority 0 or 1 issues discovered during the test:
