Don’t think it’s a copy, but let’s see how it turns out.
And I also don’t think it will be a Steemit killer (even if by it you mean STEEM blockchain and not the company doing one UI).
But hype... yes that one sucks... and that’s normally created by speculators and haters that use these moments to short. Nothing changed about that... unfortunately. But that’s how the society works.
Anyhow I thought there was something more...
The major announcement was the Voice thing for me. The rest was just to create a distraction to fans and build some marketing sponsors.
Still going to sign up... and I hope the experiment goes very well. It would be better for everyone... because that’s how society evolves.
