The EOS Community encourages transparency for Block Producers. It's something that at Block Genesys we fully support. We believe it's important to do the right thing from the beginning as we build part of the future of the decentralised web.

Specifically, Block Producers must have a clearly defined ownership disclosure that specifically details all “beneficial owners who own more than 10% and all direct shareholders".

Our certificate of business registration, in accordance with Chapter 310 of the Business Registration Ordinance in Hong Kong.

The certificate issued by the Companies Registry of Hong Kong, from where we get our company number.

Incorporation Form

This document lays out the company share structure and identifies all (2) shareholders. The two founders of Block Genesys Limited, Tristan and Gray, are equal shareholders with each holding 50%.
