All competencies are needed, all you need is passion and curiosity.”

I believe I have a great idea. As some of you might know, new legislation in the Netherlands made all citizens automatically an organ donor unless a citizen officially objects against such practice. This is new in the world as far as I know of and even though politicians are still euphoric about their newly invented law in the hope it will be for the better of human kind, nothing was ever deviced to make a donor profit from his/her good intensions, or have a clear safety net to prevent gross misuse of the profit made trading in organs. At the same time, gross money is made by hospitals, surgeons, insurances and other organisations already. I want to change that!!!
My first idea was to create a UIA on bitshares for each organ group. That ofcourse, with the right collateral can be freely exchanged, but at the same time secures profit for the donor itself. At the same time I can choose which organs I want to put up for donorship. This can be for reasons as in personal preference but also for medical reasons. There are some more ideas necessary to make this work.
I like to see this project kickstart soon, as soon as possible to be honest and this hackathon might be the way to do it. However, I need to get to Oslo first and be able to sleep at some place for the duration of the event. I had a almost deadly accident myself not so long ago and even though I wrote C#, C, JavaScript, PHP, etc fluently, at the moment I'm not sharp enough to program at that place anymore. But I'm dead serious! 😉
If you like this idea, and I hope so, I need finances to jump go to this event but most of all very driven programmers that like to realize this project even after the hackathon. If you like this idea and are a programmer or you like to invest in it, please send me a pm.
