HOA managment DAPP

have been involved for more than a year in the development of an Excel based tool to manage mainly the financials relations between house owners

There is not an initial analysis , Not an starting design , neither a structured data design or ER data schema , the tool will soon be tested for a bunch of users , so a proper testing and debugging are still misssing

In the other hand the tool was conceived for a person who already knew by hand the necessities and real life problems for managing

So , i think it would not be hard to base the tool in EOS for many of the Excel financial processes like checks , deposits , credits...., my guess is a simple token would work to replace banks in a big part of the financial relations

The tool also deals witj the violations in the community , there is a set of rules which determinates the penaties for misbehavior

Base HOAs EOS powered will eventually expand horizontally to be connected with other housings which are close to then geographically , politically or share common interests , p.e they can share the use of some services to reduce payments

They will also eventually create vertical structures which defend their interests , coordinate to sell chain information or influence polltically

Hardavare and processing cost will be ridiculous with a small server serving blocks every 10 seconds or similar would be enough to run

So I will appreciate any feedback , I would like to validate the idea with the communities , so fell free to comment any possible obstacle , or why you think it will be a bad or useless tool in EOS
