Trying to buy good ICOs is difficult enough already. I'm waiting on the Civic ICO to re-open tomorrow and hopefully get in. They had to suspend for the day.

If you have a US IP address the site will not let you proceed to "Get EOS" because of US regulations.
That's what I'm asking. What regulations? Google isn't much help on the subject at the moment or I would just look it up.
Laughable? Really? What's laughable about treasonous activities on the people of the supposed bastion of the 'freeworld'? Lakebanker bac ico is doing the same thing! However China might have imposed to limit it's chances of being charged with inciting war. Can you imagine 10s of millions of usd being invested in a "bank" in China!
