Crypto for the Average: Time to buy (more?) EOS

in #eos6 years ago

As always, I'll be brief.

Reasons (no particular order):

  • (short term) --- EOS hackathon in London starts in a couple of days --- could be some big news coming soon, and typically when there are conventions, hackathons, etc,....people get excited and buy
  • as with above --- keep watch on the transactions per second (TPS), EOS is at 3996/sec. This # may bounce even higher during the hackathon. If it does = very bullish/very impressive.
  • there are ~44-50 dapps on EOS, .... and despite the relatively few when compared to Ethereum, last week EOS outpaced ETH in activity, in other words,...more was going on monetarily and 'use-wise' with the 44 dapps on EOS than with the 1500 on ETH.
  • several coins, etc are leaving ETH for EOS, and/or simply joining EOS. No limit coin (NLC2) is one ( I own NLC2).
  • bitfinnex and bancor are going to be joining the EOS platform. This is BIG. Basically, EOS is the only platform that can handle the scaling issues. That's essentially why coins are leaving ETH for EOS.
  • and........ EOS is continually evolving each week. Bugs/problems are being fixed quite rapidly and the teamwork seems to be quite good.

I'm holding long term. I don't expect EOS to charge to over 1k like ETH. I'm anticipating a slow rise, with some quick jumps upward here and there over the next 2 years (for instance-- if/when 'EOSfinnex' is launched).

Don't get crazy, just buy a little if you agree with me. Reminder-- spread out you purchases. There's no absolute rush; however we could see a nice bump up in the next week.

Good luck.
